All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to discontinue, modify, or limit the quantity of any product without prior notice.

We strive to ensure that all product descriptions, photographs, and specifications are accurate. However:

Actual colours may vary slightly due to differences in monitor and mobile display settings.
Product measurements may have minor manufacturing tolerances.
Minor variations in print placement or finishing do not constitute defects.

5. Pricing

All prices displayed on the website are in Indian Rupees (INR).

Summer Decor is currently not registered under GST as the business does not presently meet the statutory registration threshold. Accordingly, GST is not charged separately on purchases unless required by applicable law in the future.

Prices may change at any time without prior notice.

6. Payments

We accept secure online payments through the payment methods made available during checkout, including eligible cards, UPI, net banking, wallets, and other supported payment options.

Cash on Delivery (COD) is not available.

Orders will only be processed after successful payment confirmation.

7. Order Acceptance

Your order constitutes an offer to purchase products from Summer Decor.

We reserve the right to accept, reject, or cancel any order for reasons including but not limited to:

Product unavailability
Pricing or listing errors
Payment verification issues
Suspected fraud or misuse
Circumstances beyond our reasonable control

If payment has already been received for a cancelled order, a full refund will be processed to the original payment method.

8. Shipping & Delivery

Processing Time

Orders are generally dispatched within 1–2 business weeks.

Delivery Time

Once dispatched, delivery generally takes 3–6 business days, depending on the destination and courier service.

Delivery timelines are estimates only and may be affected by circumstances beyond our control, including weather events, transportation delays, strikes, public holidays, or force majeure events.

Summer Decor shall not be liable for delays caused by third-party logistics providers.

9. Returns, Replacements & Refunds

We maintain a limited return policy to ensure product quality.

Returns or replacements are accepted only if:

the product arrives damaged during transit; or
the product contains a manufacturing defect.

Requests must be submitted within 3 days of delivery.

To initiate a request, customers should email summerdecorstyles@gmail.com with:

Order number
Description of the issue
Clear photographs showing the defect or damage

Returns will not be accepted for:

Change of mind
Incorrect product selection by the customer
Normal wear and tear
Minor colour variations caused by screen settings
Minor manufacturing variations that do not affect usability

If a claim is approved, Summer Decor may, at its discretion:

replace the product;
exchange the product; or
issue an appropriate refund.

10. Cancellations

Orders cannot be cancelled once they have entered processing or have been dispatched.

Summer Decor reserves the right to cancel any order where necessary, including in cases of pricing errors, stock issues, suspected fraud, or circumstances beyond our control.

11. Intellectual Property

All content on this website—including but not limited to:

product designs,
artwork,
photographs,
graphics,
logos,
branding,
written content,
website design,

is the exclusive property of Summer Decor unless otherwise stated.

No content may be copied, reproduced, distributed, modified, sold, or used without prior written permission.
